Recently i had reload my debit card on 3Sept(wednesday night)

Reload online using FPX maybank that suppose reloaded on the spot.

That night i got pending reload.

i call TuneMoney customer sevice and talk to somebody.

they told reload will update in 15 Minutes.

Until 4sept(Thursday) nothing happen.

Email the transaction record to tunemoney, only replied by autoreponder :

Dear Tune Money Customer,

Thank you for your e-mail.

This is an automated reply to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. We will update you on your enquiry within 2 working days.

I call again customer services and they said i will got reload on friday after 4PM.

Ok thats fine!, i wait.

On Friday after 4PM nothing happen, at night i call center again.

somebody told me to send the transaction to his email.

until now 6Sept (Saturday) noting happen.

Really hate and angry right now where are my MONEY?

STATUS : PENDING

On 9th sept 2008 (tuesday) i call again for the 4th time, and then they said my reload avaiable after 2 day.

that mean avaiable on thursday!!!. Wah so late!!!

What i was very-very angry is no update or response from email, only made promise

i call them 4th time, you hold my money and then take my money for paying the phone bill. What a such…

Better i go to PB bank and reload my PB debit card but what can i do this already happening.huh…
