Newbie always looking the best bluetooth GPS to buy. This guide base on my experience using bluetooth GPS.

First step

Before decide to use, you must define what is the purpose to buy  GPS. Maybe this is your purpose :

  1. For tracking your vacation/holiday trip and photo tagging.
  2. For sport purpose like jungle tracking.
  3. For car driving guide
  4. Spying purpose you want to know someone location or where did she/he goes.
  5. Mappers builder – who are working to made a better GPS maps.

Like me, i just want to tracking my vacation trip and driving guide.

Second Step

Define your budget.

Like me my budget is about 100USD.

Third Step

Select features

example :

i want to have a bluetooth GPS that have ability to log my tip, location based photo tag and long life batery up to 48hours.

Fourth Step

Based on your budget you can filter these :

Channel : more channel, more fast acquisition and will be more price. highest now is 66 Channel,51, 32 and below.

But dont worry 32 channel  is quit fast.

Cold Start, Warm Start,Hot Start,Reacquisition : faster are better, example 1.5sec and 1.7sec. 1.5sec are better.

Battery life : 12hours, 24hour, 32hour. last longer are better.
