What i want to say is Wow!. Only take 3 days from US. Even Pos Laju take 3 day but only in malaysia.

What i like about fedex is :

  • They always update the tracking system so you know where your parcel right now.
  • They call first before delivery.

Some currier service in malaysia like Pos Malaysia, Skynet still not using the tracking system effectively. They had the system but not suitable using name”Tracking System” because late to update.

Some of my customers angry because they don’t know where the parcel gone. After 3 days still not receive. The currier did not inform them, the customer call asking about the parcel and then go to the branch.
